摘要
食品科学与工程是连接食品科学和工程科学的纽带。随着社会的发展,注重理论教学而忽视实践教学的弊端也随之出现。为了提高高校教学质量和为社会培养应用型高素质人才,针对“产教融合、校企合作”新模式进行深度剖析,以解决当前食品科学与工程专业教学所遇到的问题,为社会输送更加符合需求的食品专业人才。
Food science and engineering is a link connecting food science and engineering science.With the development of society,the drawbacks of focusing on theoretical teaching and ignoring practical teaching have been reflected.In order to improve the teaching quality of colleges and universities and cultivate application-oriented high-quality talents for the society,this article conducted an in-depth analysis of the new model of“industry-education integration,and school-enterprise cooperation”.It could help solve the current problems encountered in the teaching of food science and engineering and provide the society with more qualified food professionals.
