稳心颗粒联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病患者的效果

Effects of Wenxin granules combined with Trimetazidine in treatment of patients with coronary heart disease

目的:观察稳心颗粒联合曲美他嗪治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)患者的效果。方法:选取92例冠心病患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组各46例。对照组采用曲美他嗪治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合稳心颗粒治疗。比较两组治疗前后心功能指标水平、心肌酶谱水平和不良心血管事件发生率。结果:治疗后,观察组左室射血分数高于对照组,左室后壁厚度和左室舒张末期内径均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组乳酸脱氢酶、肌酸激酶和肌酸激酶同工酶水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良心血管事件发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:稳心颗粒联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病患者可改善心功能指标水平,以及降低心肌酶谱水平,其效果优于单纯曲美他嗪治疗。

Objective:To analyze effects of Wenxin granules combined with Trimetazidine in treatment of patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:92 patients with coronary heart disease were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,each with 46 cases.The control group was treated with Trimetazidine,while the observation group was treated with Wenxin granules on the basis of that of the control group.The levels of cardiac function indexes,myocardial enzyme spectrum levels and the incidence of adverse cardiovascular events were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:After the treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group;the thickness of the posterior wall of the left ventricle and the left ventricular end diastolic diameter were lower than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of lactate dehydrogenase,creatine kinase and creatine kinase isoenzymes of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse cardiovascular events between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Wenxin granules combined with Trimetazidine in the treatment of the patients with coronary heart disease can improve the levels of cardiac function indexes and reduce the levels of myocardial enzyme spectrum.Moreover,it is superior to single Trimetazidine treatment.
