吞咽障碍治疗仪联合针刺治疗卒中后吞咽障碍患者的效果

Effects of dysphagia therapeutic apparatus combined with acupuncture in treatment of dysphagia after stroke

目的:探讨吞咽障碍治疗仪联合针刺治疗卒中后吞咽障碍患者的效果。方法:选取79例卒中后吞咽障碍患者为研究对象,根据住院号奇偶分为对照组(n=39)和研究组(n=40)。对照组采用针刺治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采用吞咽障碍治疗仪治疗,比较两组临床疗效、吞咽时舌运动参数及吞咽障碍分级。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的76.92%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组吞咽持续时间短于对照组,舌根运动幅度大于对照组,吞咽障碍分级低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:吞咽障碍治疗仪联合针刺用于卒中后吞咽障碍患者可改善其吞咽时舌运动参数,减轻吞咽障碍,效果优于单用针刺治疗。

Objective:To investigate effects of dysphagia therapeutic apparatus combined with acupuncture in treatment of dysphagia after stroke.Methods:79 patients with dysphagia after stroke were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group(n=39)and study group(n=40)according to the parity of hospitalization number.The control group was treated with acupuncture,while the study group was treated with the dysphagia therapeutic apparatus on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the tongue movement parameters during swallowing and the dysphagia grading were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 95.00%,which was higher than 76.92%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the duration of swallowing in the study group was shorter than that in the control group;the amplitude of tongue root movement was greater than that in the control group;the dysphagia grading was lower than that of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Dysphagia therapeutic apparatus combined with acupuncture for the patients with dysphagia after stroke can improve the tongue movement parameters during swallowing and reduce the dysphagia grading.Moreover,it is superior to single acupuncture treatment.
