SOX方案与XELOX方案治疗进展期胃癌患者的效果比较

Comparison of effects of SOX regimen and XELOX regimen in treatment of patients with advanced gastric cancer

目的:比较SOX方案与XELOX方案治疗进展期胃癌患者的效果及安全性。方法:选取74例进展期胃癌患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各37例。对照组采用XELOX方案(卡培他滨联合奥沙利铂)化疗,观察组采用SOX方案(替吉奥联合奥沙利铂)化疗,比较两组患者化疗3个周期后的临床疗效[客观缓解率(ORR)、疾病控制率(DCR)]及不良反应发生率。结果:两组ORR、DCR比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组骨髓抑制、肝功能异常、脱发不良反应严重程度比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组手足综合征、胃肠道反应严重程度低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:SOX方案与XELOX方案用于进展期胃癌患者疗效相当,但SOX方案引发的手足综合征和胃肠道不良反应较轻,安全性较好。

Objective:To compare effects of SOX regimen and XELOX regimen in treatment of patients with advanced gastric cancer.Methods:74 patients with advanced gastric cancer were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,37 cases in each group.The control group was treated with XELOX regimen(Capecitabine combined with Oxaliplatin)chemotherapy,while the observation group was treated with SOX regimen(Tegafur Gimeracil Oteracil Potassium capsules combined with Oxaliplatin)chemotherapy.After 3 cycles of chemotherapy,the clinical efficacy[objective remission rate(ORR),disease control rate(DCR)]and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:There were no significant differences in the ORR and the DCR between the two groups(P>0.05).Further,there were no statistically significant differences in the incidence of adverse reactions such as bone marrow suppression,abnormal liver function,and hair loss between the two groups(P>0.05).However,the severity of hand-foot syndrome and gastrointestinal reactions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The SOX regimen and the XELOX regimen have the same curative effects for the patients with advanced gastric cancer;however,the SOX regimen rarely causes hand-foot syndrome and gastrointestinal adverse reactions with better safety.
