间歇性与持续性蓝光照射治疗新生儿病理性黄疸的效果比较 被引量:6

摘要 目的:比较间歇性与持续性蓝光照射治疗新生儿病理性黄疸的效果。方法:选取90例病理性黄疸患儿为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各45例。对照组实施持续性蓝光照射治疗,观察组实施间歇性蓝光照射治疗。比较两组疗效、治疗前后血清总胆红素(TBIL)、降钙素原(PCT)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平和不良反应发生率。结果:两组治疗总有效率和治疗后血清TBIL水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组血清TBIL、PCT和IL-6水平均低于治疗前,且观察组PCT和IL-6水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为11.11%(5/45),低于对照组的28.89%(13/45),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:间歇性与持续性蓝光照射治疗新生儿病理性黄疸的效果相当,但间歇性蓝光照射降低血清PCT、IL-6水平和不良反应发生率的效果优于持续性蓝光照射治疗。 Objective:To compare effects of intermittent and continuous blue light irradiation on pathological jaundice of newborn.Methods:90 children with pathological jaundice were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,45 cases in each.The control group was given continuous blue light irradiation treatment,while the observation group was given intermittent blue light irradiation treatment.The effects,the levels of serum total bilirubin,procalcitonin(PCT)and interleukin-6(IL-6)before and after the treatment and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:There were no statistically significant differences in the total effective rate of treatment and the serum total bilirubin level after the treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).After the treatment,the serum total bilirubin,PCT and IL-6 levels of the two groups were lower than those before the treatment;the PCT and IL-6 levels in the observation group were lower than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 11.11%(5/45),which was lower than 28.89%(13/45)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The intermittent and continuous blue light irradiations in the treatment of pathological jaundice of newborn are similarly effective.However,the intermittent blue light irradiation can reduce the serum PCT and IL-6 levels and the incidence of adverse reactions,therefore,it is superior to continuous blue light irradiation.
