舒适护理对脑梗死偏瘫卧床患者并发症发生情况的影响

Effects of comfortable nursing on complications of bedridden patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia

目的:观察舒适护理对脑梗死偏瘫卧床患者并发症发生情况的影响。方法:选取100例脑梗死偏瘫卧床患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组各50例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上给予舒适护理。比较两组护理满意度和并发症发生率。结果:观察组护理满意度为94.00%(47/50),明显高于对照组的78.00%(39/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为8.00%,低于对照组的24.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规护理基础上给予舒适护理可提高脑梗死偏瘫卧床患者的护理满意度,降低并发症发生率,其效果优于单纯常规护理。

Objective:To explore effects of comfortable nursing on complications of bedridden patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia.Methods:100 bedridden patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia were selected as the research objects,and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given comfortable nursing on the basis of that of the control group.The nursing satisfaction and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 94.00%(47/50),which was significantly higher than the control group of 78.00%(39/50),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the complication rate in the observation group was 8.00%,which was lower than 24.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of the routine nursing,the comfortable nursing can improve the nursing satisfaction of the patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia and reduce the incidence of complications.Moreover,it is superior to single routine nursing.
