感染科护士心理韧性在专业生活品质与积极心理健康间的中介作用

Mediating role of psychological resilience between professional quality of life and positive mental health of nurses in infection department

目的了解感染科护士专业生活品质、心理韧性、积极心理健康现状,探讨心理韧性在感染科护士专业生活品质与积极心理健康间的中介作用。方法 2018年1月采用一般情况调查、专业生活品质量表、心理韧性量表、积极心理健康量表对徐州市3所三级甲等医院共131名感染科护士进行问卷调查,并统计分析调查结果。结果护士专业生活品质中同情心满足、倦怠、二次创伤原始得分分别为33.02±7.02、27.64±3.81、25.91±4.76;心理韧性总分为60.71±13.70,积极心理健康总分为3.19±1.01。专业生活品质中同情心满足、心理韧性及各维度与积极心理健康均呈正相关(均r>0,均P<0.05),倦怠、二次创伤与积极心理健康均呈负相关(均r<0,均P<0.05)。逐步回归分析发现,心理韧性在感染科护士专业生活品质与心理健康间起到中介效应,其中介作用大小为0.178,占总效应的35.74%。结论感染科护士的专业生活品质、心理韧性与积极心理健康状况均处于中下等水平,而且专业生活品质与其积极心理健康状况间具有正相关性,可通过心理韧性对心理健康发挥作用。因此,提高感染科护士的积极心理健康状况,应注重提高其专业生活品质和心理韧性水平。

Objective To understand the status of professional quality of life,mental resilience and positive mental health of nurses in infection department,explore the mediating role of psychological resilience between professional quality of life and positive mental health of nurses in infection department. Methods In January 2018,131 nurses in infection department of three grade-A tertiary hospitals in Xuzhou City were investigated with the basic condition questionnaire,Psychological Resilience Scale,Professional Quality of Life Scale and Mental Health Continuum Short Form. The survey results were statistically analyzed.Results The original score of compassion satisfaction,burnout,secondary trauma in professional quality of life among nurses was33.02±7.02,27.64±3.81 and 25.91±4.76,respectively. The total score of psychological resilience was 60.71±13.70. The total score of positive mental health was 3.19 ±1.01. The compassion satisfaction in professional quality of life,mental resilience and each dimension were positively correlated with positive mental health(all r>0,all P<0.05). The burnout and secondary trauma were negatively correlated with positive mental health(all r<0,all P<0.05). Stepwise regression analysis indicated the psychological resilience played a mediating role between professional quality of life and mental health of nurses in infection department,and the mediating effect was 0.178,accounting for 35.74% of the total effect. Conclusion The professional quality of life,psychological resilience and positive mental health of the nurses in infection department stay at a lower medium level. The professional quality of life is positively correlated with positive mental health,and it can affect the mental health through psychological resilience.Therefore,it is necessary to improve professional quality of life and psychological resilience to raise the positive mental health of the nurses in infection department.
