本钢热连轧厂加热炉烟气余热利用工程建设项目职业病危害控制效果评价

摘要 目的通过对本溪钢铁(集团)有限责任公司(本钢)热连轧厂加热炉烟气余热利用工程建设项目职业病危害因素进行分析,评价职业病危害防护措施及其效果,并提出防护建议和管理措施。方法 2019年6—8月,通过职业卫生现场调查及检测,我们对该项目进行了职业病危害控制效果评价。结果该项目总体布局、生产工艺、设备布局、职业病防护设施、个人防护用品及辅助用室等方面均符合国家相关规定,而在职业卫生管理方面还不够完善。生产工艺过程中产生的职业病危害因素主要有粉尘、一氧化碳和噪声,检测结果分别0.7 mg/m^(3)、0.06 mg/m^(3)和81.6 dB(A),均符合国家规定的职业接触限值标准。结论本钢该建设项目所采取的职业病危害控制措施有效可行,但应加强职业卫生管理。 Objective To analyze the occupational hazards in utilizing waste heat of flue gases of reheating furnace in hot strip mill plant in Benxi Iron & Steel(Group) Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as Bengang Group),evaluate the protective measures against occupational hazards and their effects,and put forward protective suggestions and management measures. Methods From June to August 2019,the control effect of occupational hazards of the project was evaluated through the field occupational health investigation and detection. Results The overall layout,production technology,facility layout,protective facilities for occupational disease,individual protective articles and auxiliary rooms in this project met the national standards,but the occupational health management should be improved. The main occupational hazard factors in production process was dust,carbon monoxide and noise,and the detection result was 0.7 mg/m^(3),0.06 mg/m^(3) and 81.6 dB(A),respectively,which all met the national occupational health limits. Conclusion The occupational hazard control measures of this project are feasible and effective,but the occupational health management needs to be strengthened.
