职业接触多西他赛等抗癌药物的暴露风险与防护现状的研究进展

Research progress on exposure risk and protection of occupational exposure to anti-cancer drugs such as docetaxel

多西他赛是一种紫杉醇类新型抗肿瘤药,在临床上主要用于多种实体瘤的治疗,同时多西他赛也是一种细胞毒性药物,对于长期暴露于该环境的医护人员,存在一定的职业损伤风险,因此,采取安全的职业防护措施至关重要。我们旨在通过对国内外多西他赛抗癌药物暴露风险及防护现状展开综述,以期达到保障医护人员职业安全并降低暴露风险的目的。

Docetaxel is a new type of paclitaxel antitumor drug. It is mainly used in the treatment of a variety of solid tumors in clinical practice. At the same time,docetaxel is also a long-lasting cytotoxic drug with a special drug behavior on the surface of the contaminated environment. It is inevitable for medical personnel who have been exposed to this environment for a certain risk of occupational injury. Therefore,it is important to take safe occupational protection. This article aims to conduct a review of the exposure risk and protection status of anti-cancer drugs such as docetaxel at home and abroad,with a view to achieving the goal of occupational safety for medical personnel and reducing the risk of exposure.
