一种基于温升监测的输电线路耐张线夹缺陷智能诊断方法 被引量:4

摘要 以220kV输电线路耐张线夹为对象,建立了耐张线夹温升计算有限元模型,分析了耐张线夹不同部位出现缺陷后温度场的分布规律,构建了耐张线夹温升与缺陷的关联关系模型,通过数据挖掘方法实现耐张线夹缺陷的快速智能诊断。仿真结果表明:正常工作状态下,耐张线夹两端导线压接处的温度略高于螺栓紧固处;耐张线夹的整体温度随着接触电阻的增大而升高,而螺栓紧固部位的接触电阻对耐张线夹的温度变化影响较大。实际监测温升数据诊断结果表明,所提出的方法可以有效诊断输电线路耐张线夹的缺陷类型。 This paper takes the 220 k V transmission line tension clamp as an object,and establishes a finite element model for calculating the temperature rise of the tension clamp.The distribution of the temperature field is analyzed,when the defects appear in different parts of the clamp.The relationship between the temperature rise of the tension clamp and the defect is established,and the fast and intelligent diagnosis of the tension clamp defect is realized through data mining.The simulation results show that under normal working conditions,the temperature of the crimping plate of the lines at both ends of the tension clamp is slightly higher than that of the bolt fastening part.The overall temperature of the tension clamp rises with the increase of the contact resistance,and the contact resistance of the bolt fastening part has a greater impact on the temperature change of the tension clamp.The analysis results of temperature rise data during actual operation show that the method proposed in this paper can effectively diagnose the defect type of the transmission line tension clamp.
