摘要
“畜产食品加工学”是高等工科院校食品科学与工程专业的核心课程,针对目前课堂教学中存在的主要问题,为了提高教学效果,决定结合雨课堂对课程进行线上线下的教学研究,探索工科课程的教学模式改革的新思路。
Technology of Animal Products Processing is the core course of food science and engineering specialty in higher engineering colleges.Aiming at the main problems existing in the classroom teaching at present,in order to improve the teaching effect,we decided to carry out online and offline teaching research combined with rain classroom to explore the new ideas of teaching mode reform of Engineering course.
