摘要
开展助力乡村教师专业发展的“生态化”培训,一是要强化高校与项目县教师发展中心及乡村学校的协同联动,以高校为引领,教师发展中心为主导,乡村学校为主体,实施“生态化”管理;二是要按乡村教育的需要及教师的发展需求,分层、分类、补短板,突出“生态化”设计;三是乡村教师培训在团队、内容、方法等方面立足本土,生成“生态化”培训资源。以此构建乡村教师专业发展支持服务体系,促进乡村教师可持续发展,使乡村教师成为乡村振兴的引领者。
Relevant measures are to be taken for the ecological trend in the training for the professional development of rural teachers. To begin with,"ecological management"should be implemented on the basis of the multiple participation and cooperation,with colleges and universities acting as a leading part,county institutions for teachers’ professional advancement as a predominant role,rural schools as subjects. Furthermore,"ecological design"is supposed to be placed into a prominent position with systematical stratification,classifications and remedial methods,so as to meet the needs of the education and teachers in rural areas. Finally,"ecological training resources"should be created in view of the localization of the teams,the contents and the methods with regard to the teachers’ training in rural areas. In this case,the rural teachers’ sustainable development will be achieved,therefore contributing to the rural revitalization in China.
