摘要
唐纳德·诺曼在《情感化设计》提出应将人的情绪反应体现在设计中,强调信息传播的亲和力和体验感。然而,用户的情感具有不稳定性,是不断变化的,如何精准地捕捉用户的情感反应?在人工智能时代的今天,情感识别可以更准确地定位信息传播的质量。本文通过对情感识别和信息传播设计的界定、相关性分析,基于科学创新范式的模型建构、信息系统设计到生理信号的实验评价;进行科学方法探究,论证认知心理学理论和情感生理信号识别融合研究的有效性和可用性,来测量、指导用户情感信息传播设计的有效性。
In emotional design, Donald Norman proposed that people’s emotional response should be reflected in the design for which emphasizing the affinity and experience of information dissemination. However, How to accurately capture the user’s emotional response While the user’s emotion is unstable and constantly changing. In the era of artificial intelligence today, emotion recognition can more accurately locate the quality of information dissemination. In this paper, through the definition and correlation analysis of emotion recognition and information communication design, based on the model construction of scientific innovation paradigm,information system design and experimental evaluation of physiological signals, the scientific methods are explored to demonstrate the effectiveness and usability of the fusion research of cognitive psychology theory and emotional physiological signal recognition, so as to measure and guide the effectiveness of user emotion information communication design Effectiveness.
