摘要
干预高迁移率族蛋白1(HMGB1)/晚期糖基化终产物受体(RAGE)信号通路可影响急性肺损伤(ALI)/急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)进展,但确切机制尚不清楚。肺泡巨噬细胞(AMs)焦亡作为一种新的胱天蛋白酶依赖促炎性细胞程序性死亡,其死亡过程伴随着炎性介质释放并加重ALI/ARDS炎性反应进程。而HMGB1/RAGE信号通路可能通过调节AMs焦亡在ALI/ARDS进展中具有重要作用。本文就AMs焦亡在ALI/ARDS炎性反应中的作用及HMGB1/RAGE信号通路影响ALI/ARDS中AMs焦亡的可能机制进行综述,为干预HMGB1/RAGE信号通路减轻ALI/ARDS炎性反应提供新的理论依据。
The intervention of high-mobility group box 1(HMGB1)/receptor of advanced glycation end-product(RAGE)signaling pathway can affect the progression of acute lung injury(ALI)/acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS),but the exact mechanism is still unclear.As a new form of caspase-dependent pro-inflammatory programmed cell death,its death process is accompanied by the release of inflammatory mediators and aggravation of the inflammatory response in ALI/ARDS.The HMGB1/RAGE signaling pathway may play an important role in the progression of ALI/ARDS by regulating AMs pyroptosis.This article reviews the role of AMs pyroptosis in ALI/ARDS inflammatory response and the possible mechanism of HMGB1/RAGE signaling pathway affecting AMs pyroptosis in ALI/ARDS to provide a new theoretical basis for intervention in HMGB1/RAGE signaling pathway to reduce the inflammatory response in ALI/ARDS.
