护理元认知的概念及测评方法的研究进展

摘要 随着医学专业知识的日益更新,教学中纯粹的知识传授已经不足以跟上医学知识和技能的更迭。自20世纪80年代末引入国内教育领域以来,元认知已被证实能够有效提高医学生学习效率、提升学习效果,指导学生学会学习即培养其元认知能力已成为医学教育界的一项重要举措。准确评估学生元认知技能的掌握情况是确保其持续有效学习的重要前提。作者介绍了护理元认知的概念、结构、测评目的、测评方法等方面的研究进展,为护理元认知评估工具的相关研究提供参考。 With the update of medical professional knowledge,knowledge teaching purely is unable to keep pace with the change of medical knowledge and skills.Since the late 1980s when metacognition was introduced into the field of education in China,it has been proved to be able to effectively improve the learning efficiency of medical students.Accurate assessment on mastery of metacognitive skills is an important prerequisite to ensure their continuous and effective learning.The research progress of nursing metacognition in terms of concept,structure,evaluation purpose and evaluation method will be introduced in this article,so as to provide reference for the related research of nursing metacognition evaluative methods.
