摘要
目的探索多学科糖尿病照护团队支持联合以家庭为中心的健康教育对2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者自我管理的影响。方法选取2019年10月至2020年10月于中山市人民医院特需门诊接受治疗的106例T2DM患者为研究对象,采用随机数字法将研究对象分为试验组和对照组,每组53例,干预6个月。对照组患者接受常规健康干预,试验组患者采用多学科糖尿病照护团队支持联合以家庭为中心的健康教育。比较两组患者自我管理水平、服药依从性及成本花费情况。结果糖尿病自我管理行为评分比较发现,试验组患者饮食、运动、遵医嘱用药、血糖监测、足部护理以及高低血糖预防处理6个维度评分均高于对照组患者(P<0.05);试验组患者服药依从性良好占比为79.25%,高于对照组的47.17%(P<0.05);试验组患者非常规复诊次数少于对照组。结论多学科糖尿病照护团队支持联合以家庭为中心的健康教育能够提高T2DM患者的自我管理水平及服药依从性,降低T2DM患者再就诊次数。
Objective To explore the effects of multidisciplinary diabetes care team support combined with family-centered health education on self-management of patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods One hundred and six patients with type 2 diabetes who received treatment in a special outpatient department of Zhongshan People's Hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected and divided into experimental group and control group by the method of random number table,with 53 patients in each group.The intervention lasted for 6 months.The patients in the control group received routine health interventions.And the patients in the experimental group received multidisciplinary diabetes care team support combined with family-centered health education.The level of self-management,medication compliance and cost were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of self-management behaviorsin terms of diet,exercise,medication as prescribed,blood glucose monitoring,foot care and prevention of pathoglycemiain experimental group were higher than those in control group significantly(P<0.05).The comparison of medication compliance showed that the proportion of good medication compliance in the experimental group was 79.25%,which was higher than that(47.17%)of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The frequency of unconventional subsequent visit in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group.Conclusions Multi-disciplinary diabetes care team support combined with family-centered health education can improve the level of self-management and medication compliance of patients with type 2 diabetes.
