老年支气管哮喘急性发作综合护理干预效果研究

Efficacy of comprehensive nursing intervention on senilepatients with acute attack of bronchial asthma

目的评价综合护理方案对老年支气管哮喘急性发作的应用价值。方法以2016年6月至2018年8月于合肥市第二人民医院呼吸科就诊的老年急性支气管哮喘患者98例为研究对象,分为研究组(50例)与对照组(48例)。对照组接受常规护理方案,研究组接受综合护理方案,比较两组患者症状控制效果、治疗依从性、住院时间及满意度。结果研究组患者入院后5 d总体控制率高于对照组(92.0%vs.77.1%)(P<0.05);临床症状评分低于对照组[(2.8±1.1)分vs.(3.5±1.0)分](P<0.05);治疗依从性及满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05);平均住院时间少于对照组[(8.6±2.3)d vs.(10.1±2.8)d](P<0.05);出院后服药依从性高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合护理方案可为老年支气管哮喘急性发作患者提供规范、高效的护理服务,对提升症状控制效果具有重要意义。

Objective To evaluate the application value of comprehensive care for elderly patients with acute attack of bronchial asthma.Methods Ninety-eight elderly patients with acute attack of bronchial asthma who were admitted in the Second People's Hospital of Hefei from June 2016 to August 2018 were divided into study group(n=50)and control group(n=48).The patients in control group were treated with conventional nursing intervention.And the patients in study group received comprehensive care.The efficacy of symptom control,treatment compliance,length of stay and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The overall control rate of the study group(92.0%)was significantly higher than that(77.1%)of control group(P<0.05)on the 5th day after admission.And the clinical symptom score of control group was 2.8±1.1,which was less than that(3.5±1.0)of study group(P<0.05).The compliance and satisfaction of patients in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The average length of stay in the study group([8.6±2.3]d)was shorter than that([10.1±2.8]d)significantly(P<0.05).The medication compliance of the study group after discharge was significantly higher than control group.Conclusions Comprehensive care can provide standardized and efficient nursing services for elderly patients with acute attack of bronchial asthma,which is of great significance to improve the effect of symptom control.
