摘要
为明确摩西球囊霉(Glomus mosseae)对2个黄瓜品种(‘驰誉126’、‘津研4号’)幼苗生长及氮磷养分吸收的影响,采用盆钵培养的方法,在黄瓜育苗时分别接种G.mosseae,5周后,分别测定黄瓜幼苗的主要生长参数及地上部氮磷含量。结果表明,‘驰誉126’接种G.mosseae后,与空白对照相比,根系与地上部干重分别增加了30.6%与45.5%。而‘津研4号’接种G.mosseae后,幼苗根系生长受到明显抑制,根系干重与生物量均显著低于空白对照。此外,接种G.mosseae后,‘驰誉126’幼苗地上部全氮含量与全磷含量分别为对照的1.29、1.39倍,氮磷营养水平显著改善。而‘津研4号’菌根化幼苗地上部全氮含量显著低于对照,G.mosseae对其幼苗地上部全磷含量无显著影响。G.mosseae对‘驰誉126’幼苗的生长与氮磷养分吸收有显著的改善作用,是较为理想的共生体组合。
‘Chiyu126’and‘Jinyan No.4’were used as hosts to explore the effects of Glomus mosseae on thegrowth and nitrogen and phosphorus uptake of the cucumber seedlings.A pot experiment was conducted,andthe hosts were inoculated with G.mosseae individually at the stage of nursery.Five weeks later,the maingrowth parameters and nitrogen and phosphorus concentration in shoots were determined.The results showedthat compared with the control,the dry weight of shoots and roots increased by 45.5% and 30.6%,respectively,for‘Chiyu126’inoculated with G.mosseae,however,the root growth of‘Jinyan No.4’wassignificantly inhibited by inoculating with G.mosseae and the root and total biomass were significantly lowerthan those of its corresponding control;moreover,for‘Chiyu126’,the total nitrogen and phosphorus weresignificantly improved by G.mosseae,and the total nitrogen and phosphorus concentration in shoots were 1.29 times and 1.39 times as much as those of the control,respectively,meanwhile,for‘Jinyan No.4’inoculatedwith G.mosseae,the total nitrogen concentration in shoots was significantly lower than that of its correspondingcontrol,and the phosphorus concentration was not affected by G.mosseae.The growth and nitrogen andphosphorus uptake of‘Chiyu126’are improved by G.mosseae,and it is an ideal symbiotic combination between‘Chiyu126’and G.mosseae.
