摘要 目的:应用网络药理学研究策略对大枣补血机制进行分析、探讨。方法:通过文献和TCMSP平台获取大枣的成分,根据成分的含量、口服生物利用度(Oral Bioavailability,OB)、类药性(Drug Likeness,DL)综合筛选出大枣潜在有效成分,通过DisGeNET和BATMAN-TCM平台获取大枣补血的潜在靶点并进行富集分析,应用Cytoscape 3.7.1软件构建"大枣-有效成分-补血靶点-核心通路"网络。结果:以可视化图表的形式较直观地展现及分析了大枣的荷叶碱、原卟啉、环磷酸腺苷等15个有效成分通过影响IL6、TNF、IGF1等52个补血靶点进而调控造血细胞系通路、HIF-1信号通路、PI3K-Akt信号通路的潜在核心补血机制。结论:本研究通过网络药理学预测及分析了大枣多成分、多靶点、多通路调控的补血机制,为进一步开展大枣补血机制研究及大枣相关药物、保健食品的研发提供科学依据。 Objective To analyze and discuss the enriching blood mechanism of Jujube applied research strategies of network pharmacology.Method To obtain the compositions of the Jujube by documents and TCMSP platform,according composition content,oral bioavailability(OB),and drug likeness(DL)to comprehensive screening potential active ingredients of Jujube.And then to get potential targets to enriching blood of Jujube and make enrichment analysis by DisGeNET and BATMAN-TCM platform,and Cytoscape3.7.0 was applied to construct"Jujube-active ingredient-enriching blood targets-hub pathways"network.Result It can present visually and analyze potential core enriching blood mechanism of Jujube whose 15 active ingredients of nuciferine,protoporphyrin IX and cyclic adenosine monophosphate and so on can effect 52 enriching blood targets of IL6,TNF,IGF1 and so on to regulate and control the hematopoietic cell line pathway,HIF-1 signaling pathway and PI3K-Akt signaling pathway by the form of Visual chart.Conclusion This study successfully to predict and analyze enriching blood mechanism of Jujube in multi-component,multiple target point and multichannel regulation by network pharmacology,and it provides the scientific basis for the further research of enriching blood mechanism of Jujube and related drug and health food development in Jujube.
