高职学生就业态度影响因素的实证分析研究

An Empirical Research on the Influencing Factors of Higher Vocational Students'Employment Attitudes

当前,高职学生在激烈的就业市场中遇到严峻挑战,在掌握职业技能的基础上,高职学生就业态度成为决定学生出路的重要因素,也是政府制定就业政策、解决就业困境的重要抓手。通过对天津八所高职院校的调研,发现学生对学校的满意度、专业感兴趣度以及就业规划程度等都直接影响了他们的就业态度,特别是就业规划程度对就业态度影响最大,同时也发现对实践技能和社交技能的培训满意度不足等问题。因此,在高职扩招背景下,高职院校要加强战略规划,制定有针对性的青年就业战略,继续强化专业辅导,制定专业性的职业生涯规划,进一步发挥与企业合作的优势,构建校企协同的就业机制。

Higher vocational students are facing severe challenges in the job market.Based on the mastery of vocational skills,higher vocational students'employment attitude has become an important factor,and it is also an important factor for the government to formulate employment policies and resolve employment difficulties.Through a survey of eight higher vocational colleges in Tianjin,this paper found that students'satisfaction with the colleges,their professional interests,and their degree of employment planning directly affect their employment attitudes.At the same time,it was also found that students were not satisfied with the practical and social skills training.Therefore,this paper proposed that higher vocational colleges should strengthen strategic planning,formulate targeted youth employment strategies,strengthen professional guidance,formulate professional career planning,and further utilize the advantages of cooperation with enterprises to build the employment mechanism of enterprise collaboration.
