摘要
新南威尔士州是澳大利亚开展职业教育培训效果最好的州。通过对新南威尔士州TAFE学院年度报告的剖析发现,澳大利亚TAFE职业教育以学生发展、行业发展和社区服务为教育理念,具有鲜明的实践取向特征,主要体现在:实施个性化方案,注重理实一体化教学;依据行业需求研发课程,注重就业导向;完善实践教学体系,注重实践能力培养;注重准入师资的实践能力,保障培养质量;基于国家资格框架,提供学生多元发展选择。注重行业实践的澳大利亚职业教育提供了诸多有益借鉴。中国的职业教育应关注就业需求,锻造职业能力;加大培训投入,打造理论与实践能力并重的师资;构建多级衔接的教育体系,倡导终身教育。
New South Wales is the state with the best vocational education and training effect in Australia.Through the analysis of the annual report of TAFE College in NSW,it is found that TAFE vocational education in Australia takes student development,industry development and community service as its key educational philosophy,and has distinctive practice-oriented characteristics.This is mainly reflected in the implementation of personalized teaching with an emphasis on the integration of theory and practice;developing courses based on industry needs with a focus on employment orientation;improving the practical teaching system with a focus on practical ability training;creating a strict teaching staff admission system to ensure the quality of training;providing students with multiple development options following the national qualification framework.Australian practice-oriented vocational education provides enlightenment for China's vocational education reform.China's vocational education should pay attention to employment needs and develop students'vocational abilities;increase investment in staff training to develop teachers'professional capabilities on theory and practice,and build a multi-level education system and advocate lifelong education.
