摘要
5-羟色胺(5-HT)是一种神经递质,广泛分布在中枢神经系统及胃肠道中,在雌性动物生殖组织中也有分布,其受体可分为7个亚家族,不同的受体通过多种信号通路发挥作用,参与广泛的生理活动,在调控卵泡发育、卵母细胞成熟及早期胚胎发育中发挥着重要的作用。本研究总结了5-HT的合成及代谢过程,以及5-HT及其受体家族的组成结构及发挥作用的信号通路,并对其在卵母细胞成熟及胚胎发育过程的影响进行了详细介绍,为了解5-HT及其受体家族在雌性哺乳动物生殖中发挥的作用提供依据。
5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT),a neurotransmitter,is widely distributed in the central nervous system and gastrointestinal tract,as well as in the reproductive tissues of female animals.5-HT receptors include 7subfamilies,which play functional roles through various signaling pathways and participate in a wide range of physiological activities,such as follicular development,oocyte maturation and early embryonic development.This article summarizes the synthesis and metabolism of 5-HT,as well as the structure and signal pathways of 5-HT and its receptor family.In addition,the effects of 5-HT on oocyte maturation and embryonic development are described in detail,which will provide important insights into the role of 5-HT and its receptor family in mammalian female reproduction.
