县域电网调度管理存在问题与提升研究

Research on the Existing Problems and Improvement of County Power Grid Dispatching Management

调控机构为电网运行的主要参与者,对电力系统的安全运行起到至关重要的作用。论文从我国县域电网调度控制运行的现状出发,从县域电网的系统平台建设、规范化建设、安全监督、人员管理等角度入手,分析了县域电网调度控制运行工作目前存在的问题,并给出了切实可行的提升建议。

Regulatory agencies are the main participants in the operation of power grid,which play a vital role in the safe operation of power system.Starting from the current situation of county power grid dispatching and control operation in China,this paper analyzes the existing problems of county power grid dispatching and control operation from the perspectives of system platform construction,standardized construction,safety supervision,personnel management,etc.Finally,some practical suggestions are given.
