With the rapid development of science and technology,the competition of processing and manufacturing industry is becoming more and more intense.Traditional cost management mode can not make the company in the forefront of the industry.The cost management from the perspective of supply chain emerges as the times require,and has achieved better control effect in cost management and control.In order to stand in the market,the company must construct a set of systematic cost management mode to improve the competitiveness of the company.This paper analyzes the cost management measures of multinational processing and manufacturing companies from the perspective of supply chain.
