摘要
现代人力资源管理方法愈发多元化,对于医院这种大型机构而言,需要根据医院的工作特性和组成人员进行针对性管理,加强队伍建设,建立健全人力资源信息库,对医生、护士的信息资料进行录入,实现管理的实效性和便捷化。当前,医院人力资源管理体系不健全,薪酬绩效考核机制存在漏洞,人力资源管理体制存在形式化倾向,导致管理效果降低。论文就医院人力资源管理的现状及优化管理措施进行分析探究。
Modern human resources management methods are becoming more and more diversified.For such a large organization as a hospital,it is necessary to carry out targeted management according to the working characteristics and component members of the hospital,strengthen the team construction,establish and improve the human resources information database,and input the information material of doctors and nurses,so as to realize the effectiveness and convenience of management.At present,the hospital human resources management system is not perfect,there are loopholes existing in the salary performance appraisal mechanism,and the human resources management system has a tendency to formalize,which leads to the reduced management effect.This paper analyzes and explores the current situation of hospital human resources management and optimization management measures.
