Research on the Practice and Innovation of Party Building in Enterprises

作为企业工作体系的重要组成部分,企业中党的建设对其生产、经营和发展产生了重要影响,并确保履行其社会责任。在新时期,随着市场经济体制改革的推进,企业在面对新的发展机遇的同时,也面临诸多挑战,对党的建设创新提出了新要求。论文从客观角度简要分析了企业党建工作存在的问题,对企业的创新实践进行了探讨。

As an important part of the work system in enterprises,the Party building in the enterprises has an important impact on their production,operation and development,and ensures the fulfillment of their social responsibilities.In the new era,with the advancement of market economic system reform,enterprises are facing new development opportunities,but also many challenges,which put forward new requirements for the innovation of Party building.From an objective point of view,this paper briefly analyzes the problems existing in the Party building work of enterprises,and discusses the innovation practice of enterprises.
