摘要
随着中国的人口老龄化趋势加快,老年人对养老的需求将不仅仅是生活上,更多的是在医疗等更高层次上的需求。医疗养老融合下的养老是一种能满足老年人的养老需求。论文基于老年人对养老需求的不断提高,论述一种新型的医养融合养老模式来满足其需求,分析了发展医养融合养老服务的重要性,并提出在医养融合养老模式下,对资源配置等方面的一些建议。
With the accelerating aging trend of China's population,the elderly's demand for pension will not only be in life,but also in medical care and other higher levels of demand.The pension under the integration of medical care and pension is a kind of pension that can meet the needs of the elderly.Based on the increasing needs of the elderly for the aged,this paper discusses a new mode of medical and nursing integration for the aged to meet their needs,analyzes the importance of developing medical and nursing integration for the aged,and puts forward some suggestions on resource allocation and other aspects under the medical and nursing integration for the aged.
