Research on the Current Situation of Mobile Government Affairs Platform Service Ability in Sichuan Province from the Perspective of Smart Government

智慧政府建设背景下,移动政务平台成为公共服务模式创新的重要平台。论文通过对政务网站、政务微博、微信公众号、客户端进行数据统计,进行实证分析,在分析四川省移动政务平台建设情况基础上,找出移动政务平台存在的问题,提出改进意见和建议,以便四川省移动政务服务平台服务能力的持续发展,提升服务型政府服务水平和质量。

Under the background of smart government construction,mobile government affairs platform has become an important platform for public service mode innovation.Based on the data statistics of the government affairs website,the government affairs micro blog,the WeChat public number and the client,and the empirical analysis,the paper finds out the existing problems of the mobile government affairs platform on the basis of analyzing the situation of the construction of the mobile government affairs platform in Sichuan Province,puts forward improvement opinions and suggestions,so as to ensure the sustainable development of the service ability of the mobile government affairs service platform in Sichuan Province and improve the service level and quality of the service-oriented government.
