With the sustained and rapid development of economy and society,the employment and recruitment of school-enterprise cooperation has ushered in an unprecedented major development opportunity,which puts forward higher requirements for the integration platform of school-enterprise cooperation employment and recruitment.Based on this,this paper firstly introduces the basic connotation of the integration of school-enterprise cooperation in employment and recruitment,analyzes the status quo and existing problems of the integration of school-enterprise cooperation in employment and recruitment,and combined with relevant practical experience,discusses the construction strategy of the integration platform of school-enterprise cooperation in employment and recruitment from multiple angles and aspects such as clarifying the objectives and principles of the integration platform.It is hoped to be beneficial to the construction of modern enterprise human resources system.
