In the packing process of cigarette products,due to the high-speed operation of the equipment and the mutual interference between the detectors,it is inevitable that the cigarette cartons are missing in the packing process.The paper adopts the method of metal detection to design a double-sided all-metal detection device.At the same time,the top metal detection structure is added.By adopting the scanning detection algorithm,the accuracy of the detection device for carton-missing is greatly improved,the quality of cigarette products is guaranteed,and the enterprise reputation is maintained.
