辐射制冷涂料在环网柜上的降温效果测试 被引量:1

摘要 环网柜设备发热和散热问题会影响其安全稳定运行。为探究辐射制冷涂料的性能和应用在环网柜设备上的降温效果,对辐射制冷涂料的机械性能、耐老化性能以及耐腐蚀性能进行测试,并对比分析辐射制冷涂料对平板试样和环网柜的降温效果。结果显示,涂层在马口铁基材上的附着力为1级,硬度为3 H;在酸、碱、盐溶液中浸泡168 h后涂层表面状态无变化;在日间时段,涂覆比未涂辐射制冷涂料的平板试样和环网柜最高降温分别为3.7℃、30.9℃,在“大气窗口”处的平均发射率可达96.2%。说明辐射制冷涂料具有良好的机械性能、耐老化性能及耐腐蚀性,在户外环境中对环网柜的降温效果显著,可为环网柜的安全稳定运行提供保障。 The heating and heat dissipation of looped network cabinet will affect its safe and stable operation.In order to explore the performance of radiative cooling coating and its cooling effect on looped network cabinet,the mechanical performance,aging resistance and corrosion resistance of the radiation cooling coating were tested,and the cooling effect on the plate sample and the looped network cabinet was compared and analyzed.The results show that the adhesion of the coating on the tinplate substrate is level 1,and the hardness is 3 H.After soaking in acid,alkali and salt solutions for 168 h,the surface condition of the coating has no change.In the daytime,the maximum temperature drop of the plate sample and looped network cabinet coated with the radiant cooling coating is 3.7℃and 30.9℃respectively,and the average emissivity of the radiative cooling coating in the atmospheric window is 96.2%.It shows that the radiative cooling coating has good mechanical properties,aging resistance,corrosion resistance,and excellent cooling effect on the looped network cabinet in outdoor environment,which can provide guarantee for safe and stable operation of looped network cabinet.
