摘要
亚临界汽包煤粉炉低温再热器管屏弯头处经常发生磨损严重的情况。为了有效解决弯头防磨问题,分析引起磨损严重的原因,利用Fluent软件对原方案及采取的不同防磨措施方案进行数值模拟,并着重分析不同防磨措施方案的效果,提出有效的改进措施,证实在弯头处加均流板能够很好地改善磨损问题。
Severe wear often occurs at the elbow of low temperature reheater for subcritical drum pulverized coal boiler.The causes of serious wear were analyzed.In order to effectively solve the problem of elbow wear,the Fluent software was used to simulate the original scheme and different anti⁃wear measures.The effect of different anti⁃wear measures was analyzed emphatically,and effective improvement measures were proposed.It was proved that adding flow equalizing plate at the elbow can improve the wear phenomenon.
