Meta-analysis of effects of mobile health on blood pressure control in stroke patients

目的:系统评价移动健康干预方式对脑卒中患者血压控制的影响。方法:计算机检索PubMed、Embase、CINAHL、PsycINFO、the Cochrane Library、SinoMed、CNKI和万方数据库。检索时间为自建库起至2020年10月31日。2名研究者独立检索,按照文献纳入和排除标准筛选出使用移动健康对脑卒中患者血压进行干预的RCT,使用修订版偏倚风险评价工具评价纳入文献的质量,使用RevMan 5.3对提取的数据进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入5篇文献,包括1209例研究对象。Meta分析结果显示,移动健康相较于常规护理可以降低脑卒中患者的收缩压[WMD=-3.59,95%CI:(-6.00~-1.18),P=0.004]和舒张压[WMD=-3.38,95%CI:(-5.16~-1.60),P=0.0002]。结论:移动健康对于脑卒中患者的血压控制效果优于常规护理,但未来仍需更多高质量的RCT研究对结论进一步验证。移动健康有望成为帮助脑卒中患者长期管理血压的有效手段。

Objective To systematically evaluate effects of mobile health intervention on blood pressure control in stroke patients.Methods PubMed,Embase,CINAHL,PsycINFO,the Cochrane Library,Sinomed,CNKI and Wanfang databases were searched by computer.The search time was from the establishment of databases to October 31,2020.Two researchers independently searched and screened out RCTs that used Mobile Health to intervene blood pressure in stroke patients according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria of the literature.The revised version of the risk assessment tool for bias was used to evaluate quality of included literatures,and RevMan 5.3 was used to perform a meta-analysis on the extracted data.Results A total of 5 articles were included,including 1209 study subjects.Meta-analysis results showed that compared with conventional care,mobile health could reduce the systolic blood pressure of stroke patients[WMD=-3.59,95%CI:(-6.00--1.18),P=0.004]and diastolic blood pressure[WMD=-3.38,95%CI:(-5.16--1.60),P=0.0002].Conclusions Mobile health is better than conventional care in blood pressure control for stroke patients,but more high-quality RCT studies are still needed to further verify the conclusions in the future.Mobile health is expected to become an effective means to help stroke patients manage their blood pressure in the long-term.
