髋部骨折术后谵妄发生风险高,预后差。本文对目前常见的髋部骨折术后谵妄风险预测模型进行介绍、分析、比较,包括风险分层模型、风险评分模型、列线图模型以及简单预测模型,旨在为医护人员选择与临床应用模型提供参考依据。

The risk of delirium after hip fractures is high and the prognosis is poor.This article introduces,analyzes,and compares common risk prediction models for postoperative delirium after hip fractures,including risk stratification models,risk scoring models,nomogram models,and simple prediction models,so as to provide a reference for medical and nursing staff to select and apply models.
