中国共产党的规模和建党逻辑:先锋队理论的视角

共产党是先锋队性质的政党,中国共产党不是一般意义上的先锋队,而是超大规模先锋队。超大规模先锋队是中国共产党在解决如何将多民族共同体完整转型为社会主义现代国家的挑战时,对先锋队政党进行创造性发展的产物。先锋队性质和超大规模之间存在紧张关系,思想建党不能彻底解决这种紧张,政治建设则是在提升思想建党效果的基础上对这种紧张关系的进一步解决。先锋队性质和超大规模决定了中国共产党必须以政治建设为统领,要使中国共产党在拥有超大规模的同时始终保持先锋队性质,就必须以政治建设统领党的建设的伟大工程。中国共产党的政治建设是以保障党的性质为主旨的建设,只有在明确回答了党的性质是什么之后才能继续回答如何建设党的问题。超大规模先锋队意味着政治建设是中国共产党的根本建设,中国共产党建党逻辑的核心是以政治建设为统领。

The Communist Party is a vanguard-type party.The CPC is not the vanguard in general sense,but a super large-scale vanguard party.The super large-scale vanguard is the outcome of the creative development of the vanguard party when the CPC has solved the challenge that completely transformed the multi-national community into a modern socialist country.There are tensions between the character of vanguard and super-large scale.The ideological party building cannot completely resolve the tensions,political building is the deepening and upgrading of ideological Party building.To enable the CPC to maintain its vanguard character while holding its super-large scale,CPC must take the political building as a guidance to the great project of party building.The political building of the CPC is based on the main purpose of ensuring the nature of the party,and only after resolutely clarifying the nature of the party can we continue to answer the question of how to build.In a word,the character of super large-scale vanguard means that political building is the fundamental building of the CPC,so the party-building logic of the CPC must be led by political building.
