风机叶片用环氧树脂固化因素研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用DOE法将树脂型号、模具初始温度和固化温度三因素三水平进行试验设计,分析其对固化度和固化物拉伸强度的影响,并采用DSC法对优选固化条件进行了验证。结果表明,影响固化度和固化物拉伸强度的主次因素为树脂/固化剂型号>固化温度>模具温度。模具温度50℃和固化温度80℃时,其固化度较大,固化物拉伸强度较优;利用DSC测得的T~β外推出环氧树脂固化温度为81.1℃;综合以上两种方法可得环氧树脂固化的较优温度为80℃,为叶片固化工艺的选择提供了参考。 The influence of the resin type,mold initial temperature and curing temperature on the curing degree and tensile strength of the cured product were analyzed by DOE method. The optimal curing conditions were verified by DSC method. The results show that the primary and secondary factors affecting the curing degree and tensile strength of cured products are resin/curing agent type > curing temperature > mold temperature. In conditions of mold temperature 50℃and curing temperature 80℃,the curing degree is larger and the tensile strength of cured products is better;The curing temperature of epoxy resin was 81. 1℃ measured by DSC;Based on the above two methods,the optimal curing temperature of epoxy resin is 80℃,which provides the reference basis for the selection of curing process of blade.
