复合材料壳体固化炉集散控制系统设计及应用研究

摘要 为提升复合材料壳体固化过程成型质量及效率,针对固化成型过程的工艺数据自动采集及无纸化管控需求,提出一种固化炉集散控制系统,选用开放式控制系统作为主导监控系统,结合设备现场控制及系统远程管理两种冗余控制方式,实现了对复合材料壳体固化成型过程中各项工艺参数的集中监控,同时能够自动采集记录工艺参数等。集散控制系统的应用可对后续复合材料壳体成型全过程的工艺控制系统搭建提供指导。 For the improvement of product quality and development efficiency of solid rocket motor composite shell,a distributed control system was selected for the automatic acquisition of parameters recording and paperless management. The open control system,including PLC control mode and system manage mode,was utilized as the leading control system in this distributed control system. Moreover,distributed control system can centralize monitor the curing process of solid rocket motor composite shell. Furthermore,it can also be utilized to realize the automatic acquisition of parameters recording. The application of distributed control system would provide important realistic reference for the foundation of control system to monitor the whole molding process of composite shell.
