摘要
目前圆钢锯切砂轮片的更换操作现都采用人工手动方法,其危险性大、效率低。基于机器视觉技术,研究开发了砂轮片自动更换机器人。介绍了机器人的功能、结构、电气设计及其在三钢圆棒生产线的应用情况。应用实际表明,其不仅为企业带来约519万元的年直接经济效益,而且提高了产能,减少了人力资源消耗,提高了安全系数和操作的可靠性。
At current, the replacement operation of saw blades for round bar is manual, which is dangerous and inefficient.Based on the research and development of machine vision technology, the project has developed an automatic replacement robot.The function, structure and electric design of the robot were introduced, which is successfully applied in the bar production line of Sansteel.The practical application shows that it not only brings about 5.19 million yuan of direct economic benefits, but also improves the production capacity, reduces the consumption of human resources, and improves the safety factor and operation reliability.
