矿用无线智能终端测试系统设计与研究

摘要 文中主要介绍了矿用高精度测量、程控自动化、智能化的无线智能终端测试系统。为了能够快速、高效、可靠地完成不同性能、不同类型无线智能终端设备的性能功能检测,降低设备的测试周期,采用多元数据集成的方式开发一款矿用无线智能终端测试系统。文中阐述该测试系统的结构设计、测试组网原则及采集控制方式,并总结其优点。通过系统测试和传统人工测试结果对比分析,充分表明该无线智能终端测试系统性能稳定可靠,可在实际中推广应用,能够完全替代传统人工测试,有效地提高测试效率并缩短测试周期,降低人工成本。 This paper mainly introduces the mine high⁃precision measurement,program⁃controlled automation,intelligent wireless intelligent terminal test system.In order to quickly,efficiently and reliably complete the performance and function test of different performance and different types of wireless intelligent terminal equipment,and reduce the test cycle of the equipment,a mine wireless intelligent terminal test system is developed by means of multiple data integration.This paper describes the structure design,test networking principle and centralized acquisition control mode of the test system,and summarizes its advantages.Through the comparative analysis of the system test and the traditional manual test results,it fully shows that the wireless intelligent terminal test system is stable,reliable and can be popularized and applied.It can completely replace the traditional manual test,effectively improve the test efficiency,shorten the test cycle and reduce the labor cost.
