灵芝孢子粉破壁前后对力竭小鼠氧化损伤保护作用的比较 被引量:4

Comparison of Protective Effects of Ganoderma lingzhi Spore Powder before and after Wall Breaking on Oxidative Damage in Exhausted Mice

摘要 为探究破壁前后灵芝孢子粉对游泳力竭所致小鼠氧化损伤保护作用的差异,采用破壁前后灵芝孢子粉低、中、高剂量(0.12,0.24,0.48 g/kg)连续14 d灌胃ICR级清洁小鼠,建立小鼠游泳力竭实验模型,通过检测小鼠肝脏及血清抗氧化、抗损伤指标变化及病理切片结果,对比灵芝孢子粉破壁前后抗氧化能力的差异。结果表明:破壁与未破壁灵芝孢子粉均能不同程度提高SOD与GSH-Px活性,降低MDA、NO和CK活性;对力竭所致肝细胞损伤出现的水肿、气球样变性有改善作用。说明破壁与未破壁灵芝孢子粉均能提高机体抗氧化能力,同时能对肝脏起保护作用,并且破壁灵芝孢子粉整体效果优于未破壁灵芝孢子粉。 In order to explore the difference of the protective effects of Ganoderma lingzhi spore powder on oxidative damage induced by swimming exhaustion in mice before and after breaking the wall,low,medium and high doses of Ganoderma lingzhi spore powder (0.12,0.24,0.48 g/kg)were administered to the stomach for 14 d ICR-grade mice were used to establish an experimental model of swimming exhaustion in mice. The differences in the antioxidant capacity of Ganoderma lingzhi spore powder before and after the wall breach were compared by examining the liver and serum anti-oxidation,anti-damage index changes and pathological section results. The results showed that both the broken and unbroken Ganoderma lingzhi spore powder can increase the activities of SOD and GSH-Px,reduce the activities of MDA,NO and CK,and improve the edema and balloon-like degeneration of liver cell injury caused by exhaustion. This shows that both broken and unbroken Ganoderma lingzhi powder can improve the body’s antioxidant capacity,and at the same time,it can protect the liver,and the overall effect of the broken Ganoderma lingzhi spore powder is better than the unbroken Ganoderma lingzhi spore powder.
