高压氧结合正念减压训练治疗脊髓损伤 被引量:4

Hyperbaric oxygen combined with mindfulness decompression training for spinal cord injury

摘要 [目的]探究高压氧治疗结合正念减压训练对脊髓损伤患者心理与功能的影响。[方法]脊髓损伤患者84例纳入本本研究,随机分为两组。对照组采用常规护理与康复治疗,新疗法组在此基础上增加为期3个月的高压氧治疗结合正念减压训练的干预。比较两组心理与功能评价结果。[结果]干预后两组患者的抑郁自评量表、焦虑自评量表和正性负性情绪自评量表负性情绪评分均较干预前显著降低(P<0.05),而两组患者的正性负性情绪自评量表正性情绪评分显著增加(P<0.05);干预前两组间各项评分的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),但是干预后新疗法组的各项心理相关评分均显著优于常规组(P<0.05)。干预后两组患者的ADL及Fugl-Meyer下肢运动功能评分均较干预前显著增加(P<0.05);干预前两组间两项功能评分的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),但是干预后新疗法组的两项功能评分显著优于常规组(P<0.05)。[结论]高压氧治疗结合正念减压训练对脊髓损伤患者的心理调节及康复训练具有积极影响。 [Objective] To explore the clinical outcomes of hyperbaric oxygen therapy combined with mindfulness decompression training on the psychology for spinal cord injury. [Methods] A total of 84 patients with spinal cord injury were included in this study and were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received conventional nursing and rehabilitation treatment, while the new treatment group added a 3-month period of hyperbaric oxygen therapy combined with mindfulness decompression training intervention on this basis.The results of psychological and functional evaluation were compared between the two groups. [Results] After the intervention the SDS,SAS and PANAS negative emotion scores significantly reduced(P<0.05), while the PANAS positive emotion scores significantly increased in both groups compared with those before the intervention(P<0.05). Although there were no statistically significant differences in the above scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05), the new therapy group proved significantly superior to the control group regarding to the psychological-related scores(P<0.05). After the treatment, the ADL score and Fugl-Meyer scores of lower limb motor function were significantly higher than those before the intervention in both groups(P<0.05). Despite of that there was no significant difference in the two functional scores between the two groups before the intervention(P>0.05), the new therapy group got significantly better the two functional scores than the control group after treatment(P<0.05). [Conclusion] Hyperbaric oxygen therapy combined with mindfulness decompression training has a positive effect on the psychological adjustment and rehabilitation training of patients with spinal cord injury.
