金矿堆浸提金工艺参数分析

Analysis of Technological Parameters of Gold Extraction by Heap Leaching

本文主要研究国外某金矿原矿实行就地堆浸的可行性。其间在实验室采用柱浸的方法,分析了矿石粒度、浸出时间对金浸出率的影响。试验结果表明,当浸出时间达到25 d左右时,-20 mm矿样的金浸出率达到83.39%,-50 mm矿样的金浸出率达到56.64%。

This paper mainly studied the feasibility of in-situ heap leaching of a foreign gold mine.In the meantime,the column leaching method was used in the laboratory to analyze the influence of ore size and leaching time on the gold leaching rate.The test results show that when the leaching time reaches about 25 d,the gold leaching rate of the-20 mm sample reaches 83.39%,and the gold leaching rate of the-50 mm sample reaches 56.64%.
