摘要 热解炭黑作为废旧轮胎热解的关键产物,产量大、表面疏水且活性差。本文分别以NaOH、Ca(OH)2、FeCl3为改性剂,采用不同方式进行改性处理,以提高热解炭黑的表面活性。其间对改性炭黑进行扫描电镜分析,以观察热解炭黑改性前后的形貌变化,并以模拟三价砷溶液作为处理对象,以期为热解炭黑改性用作吸附材料提供新思路。 Pyrolysis carbon black,as a key product of pyrolysis of waste tires,has a large yield,hydrophobic surface and poor activity.In this paper,NaOH,Ca(OH)2,and FeCl3 were used as modifiers,and different methods were used for modification treatment to improve the surface activity of pyrolysis carbon black.In the meantime,the modified carbon black was analyzed by scanning electron microscope(SEM)to observe the morphological changes before and after modification of the pyrolysis carbon black,and the simulated trivalent arsenic solution was used as the treatment object,in order to provide a new idea for the modification of pyrolysis carbon black as adsorption material.
