摘要
本文综述了钢铁盐酸酸洗废液的资源化利用处置方法,并提出了一种新的处置工艺。简单来说,首先利用氧化铁除酸,再通过氧化聚合生产符合水处理剂行业标准的聚氯化铁。这种处置工艺无废水、废渣产生,流程简单,设备要求低,能耗低,安全性高,操作性强,成本低。
This paper summarizes the resource utilization and disposal methods of iron and steel hydrochloric acid pickling waste liquid,and proposes a new disposal process.Simply speaking,iron oxide is first used to remove acid,and then oxidative polymerization is used to produce polyferric chloride that meets the industry standards of water treatment agents.The disposal process has no waste water or waste residue,the process is simple,the equipment requirements are low,the energy consumption is low,the safety is high,the operability is strong,and the cost is low.
