摘要
我国是一个钢铁生产大国,钢铁行业长期存在能耗高、污染重、盈利能力弱以及产品附加值低等弊端。在我国当下最严环保政策的"高压线"下,钢铁企业在粗放型发展之路上更是如履薄冰。如何通过技术优化钢铁行业的能源结构,通过多联产技术及能源二次利用等手段节能降耗,已是钢铁企业面临的一个重要问题。本文通过对钢铁企业进行走访和调研,对当前钢铁企业采取的节能降耗措施及多联产技术应用进行分析,不仅可以为企业提供能源回收相关案例的技术参考,还可通过技术优劣性对比,找出更适合企业的多联产模式。
China is a large country producing iron and steel,and the iron and steel industry has long suffered from high energy consumption,heavy pollution,weak profitability,and low added value of products.Under the"high-tension line"of China’s current strictest environmental protection policy,iron and steel enterprises are walking on thin ice on the road of extensive development.How to optimize the energy structure of the steel industry through technology,save energy and reduce consumption through polygeneration technology and secondary energy utilization,has become an important issue facing steel companies.Through visits and investigations to iron and steel enterprises,this paper analyzes the current energy-saving and consumption-reducing measures taken by iron and steel enterprises and the application of polygeneration technology,which can not only provide enterprises with technical reference for energy recovery-related cases,but also find out a more suitable poly-generation model for enterprises by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of technologies.
