Four ASEAN foreign ministers visit China to discuss deepening cooperation and jointly building a closer community with a shared future Chinese State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi invited top diplomats from four ASEAN member states,Singapore’s Vivian Balakrishnan,Malaysia’s Hishammuddin Hussein,Indonesia’s Retno Marsudi,and Teodoro Locsin of the Philippines,to visit China between March 31 and April 2.It was another round of in-person diplomatic meetings between China and the bloc,following Wang’s four-nation tour to Myanmar,Indonesia,Brunei,and the Philippines at the beginning of this year.
