A small frontier island thick with banana groves has been transformed into a modern new city featuring skyscrapers and a beautiful environment after 12 years of development.The Hengqin New Area of Zhuhai City,Guangdong Province,was built on the back of promoting the diversified development of neighboring Macao’s economy and facilitating the life and employment of Macao residents.
