Research on the Design of Information Service System for Elderly Patients with Chronic Diseases

老年人慢性病高发是我国步入老龄化社会过程中面临的突出问题,如何为老年人慢性病防治与管理提供信息服务已成为重要课题。聚焦于“老年慢性病患者”这一具有复合特征而又未得到充分关注的重要群体,全面分析了其生理、心理、情感特点,总结了其群体特征所衍生的健康管理、知识学习、定向社交等信息需求,通过对现有信息服务产品在用户定位、信息质量、功能契合度等方面问题的剖析,设计了老年慢性病患者信息服务系统。该系统借助自然语言处理技术,以“定源爬取”+“个性化推送”的核心工作机制运转,能够实现老年慢性病患者各项信息需求准确、高效、及时的满足,具有信息权威可信、内容可定制等特点。

The high risk of chronic diseases among the elderly is a prominent problem in China’s aging society and how to provide information services for the prevention and management of chronic diseases of the elderly has become an important issue.Focusing on the elderly with chronic diseases,an important group with compound characteristics that has not received sufficient attention,this paper comprehensively analyzes its physical,psychological and emotional characteristics,summarizes the health management,knowledge learning,oriented socialization and other information needs derived from the group’s characteristics,and through the analysis of the existing information products in terms of user positioning,information quality and functional suitability,proposes a design plan of the information service system for the elderly with chronic diseases.Based on natural language processing technology,the system crawls information from fixed information sources,and pushs to users according to their customized information needs.The system has the characteristics of high information credibility and high degree of customization,and can achieve accurate,efficient and timely satisfaction of the various information needs of the elderly patients with chronic diseases.
