摘要 为了提高数据的采集速率,增加数据采集的工作效率,研究了一种基于FPGA的高速数据采集系统。该系统是利用FPGA的Virtex系列芯片作为核心芯片,控制12位的A/D芯片ADC12D800,400MHZ的信号经过信号处理转变为差分信号,经过FPGA内部的锁相环倍频变成800MHZ的差分信号,ADC12D800用DES模式(双边沿采样)对采集到的正弦信号进行实时采样。FPGA通过数据缓存的方式将高频信号的频率逐渐降低到PC机可以正常显示的频率。实验结果显示本系统可以高效的完成数据的存储与采集,并且可以在雷达、通信、电子对抗等领域广泛使用。 in order to improve the data acquisition rate,Increasing the efficiency of data collection,a high speed data acquisition system based on FPGA is studied.The system uses FPGA Virtex series of chips as the core chip,ADC12D800,of control 12-bit A/D chip 400MHZ signal is converted into differential signal by signal processing,Through FPGA internal PLL frequency doubling into 800 MHZ differential signal,ADC12D800 real-time sampling of the collected sinusoidal signal using DES mode(bilateral along sampling)is performed.FPGA frequency of high frequency signal is gradually reduced to the frequency that the PC machine can display normally by data cache.Experimental results show that the system can efficiently complete data storage and collection,and can be widely used in radar,communication,electronic countermeasures and other fields.
