摘要
活性氧(ROS)持续产生氧化应激的过程与心血管疾病的发病有关。心血管系统中ROS的主要来源是还原型烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸磷酸氧化酶(NOX)、解偶联的内皮型一氧化氮合酶、线粒体和黄嘌呤氧化酶。本文就这些氧化酶之间的相互关系在心血管疾病中的作用进行综述,重点论述不同心血管疾病中被激活的NOX特定亚型的核心作用。理解这些机制有助于开发针对氧化应激相关酶系统及其之间相互作用的新型药物,有效预防和治疗心血管疾病。
The continuous production of oxidative stress by reactive oxygen species(ROS)is related to the pathogenesis of cardiovascular diseases.The major enzymatic sources of ROS in the cardiovascular system are reduced nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate oxidase(NOX),uncoupled endothelial nitric oxide synthase,mitochondria,and xanthine oxidases.This article reviews the role of the relationship between these oxidases in cardiovascular diseases,focusing on the core role of specific subtypes of NOX that are activated in different cardiovascular diseases.An improved understanding of these mechanisms can facilitate the development of novel therapeutic agents targeting these oxidase stress-related enzyme systems and their interactions,which will be effective in the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
